• Your reservation will be held for 15 minutes, after which the table will be released for another booking.

• Guests may book up to 60 days in advance.

• Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes from the booked time. If you anticipate a delay or change of plans, kindly inform us in advance so we can assist accordingly.

• For bookings of 7 guests or more, please contact our Hotline or Reservations Email address directly for reservation support.

• We would be delighted to welcome you. Please proceed with your booking only if you are comfortable with our reservation policy.

• Please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

• Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate vegan or vegetarian menus, or menus free from seafood, shellfish, or dairy.

• Late requests will not be accommodated.

• Wine corkage fee (bottle under 750ml): 1,000,000 VND++ per bottle

• Wine corkage fee (bottle under 1L): 2,000,000 VND++ per bottle

• Spirits corkage fee: 2,000,000 VND++ per bottle

• We kindly ask guests to dress in smart casual attire.

• Perfume is welcome, though we kindly suggest wearing lighter scents to allow the dining experience to shine.

Upon arrival, guests are kindly asked to follow the parking instructions below:

• Motorbikes: Parking is available at the front of our restaurant. Parking fee: free

• Cars: Parking is available at the opposite to the restaurant and is privately operated (not managed by Gia). Parking fee: 25,000 VND per hour per car

Our valet support team is always available to assist.

• Children aged 12 and above are welcome to experience the Tasting Menu.

• As our tasting menu is designed to unfold over several courses and a period of approximately three hours, it may not be suitable for young diners. For this reason, we kindly do not accommodate children under 12 years old.

We kindly request that no pets be brought when dining with us.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree that the total amount of your bill, as listed on our website, will be charged in full at the time of experiencing at Gia and is strictly non-refundable.

• Applies to groups of six (6) guests or fewer. For seven (7) guests or more, please contact us directly via email reservations@gia-hanoi.com or hotline (+84) 896 682 996 for booking support.

• To confirm a reservation, guests must provide credit card details; a hold of 1,000,000 VND per diner will be placed as a guarantee.

• After your experience at Gia and full settlement of the bill, 1,000,000 VND per diner will be refunded to your credit card within 10–15 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. After this time, Gia reserves the right to charge 1,000,000 VND per diner to the credit card on file.
